No Fixed Address Theatre

Our Company

No Fixed Address is an emerging company founded by writers and performers Kate Austen and Georgina Periam.

Kate and Georgina first met during their training at East 15 Acting School and have worked on several projects together since. No Fixed Address was established in 2018 in order to devise thought provoking new work.

We make work which puts female narratives at the forefront and doesn’t shy away from the issues which are facing young women today.

We approach our work through researching, devising and collaborating with other creatives. As a company we are committed to creating work which grabs the audience’s attention and ignites conversations. Our style is fast-paced, often humorous and always honest.

Find Me

In Development

‘Alone in a city when family ties are lost or broken, how do you find your voice in the dark?’

'Find Me' is a play about finding meaningful connection in the modern world and discovering this in the least expected of places; from drunken voice-noting to communal tables at Wagamamas and accessing God in Ikea. Using contemporary storytelling techniques of direct address, physicality and spoken word, two performers declutter their minds and experience the power of female friendship.

This piece has evolved out of an exploration into the notion of communication in the modern day and particularly how women’s voices are shared and heard. In February 2019 we received support from Metal Culture Southend for a one week ‘Time and Space Residency’ and we are continuing to develop material to create a full length show.
